Get to Know Kirby

Kirby received her education for physical therapy at our local Flathead Valley Community College. In recent years, she has been working as a PTA in the acute care setting for the hospital network in town. She has worked as a massage therapist for 12 years with a special interest in myofascial techniques, targeted trigger point therapy, and applications of various manual modalities to meet an individual’s preferences and needs.
As a participant of a number of outdoor pursuits, Kirby understands the benefit to quality gear and equipment. She believes our bodies are our most vital piece of gear! She is motivated to facilitate each patient’s unique attributes in order to optimize recovery for their return to movement and life’s passions. It is empowering to work in a field where you witness people overcome limitations and accomplish goals daily. She is honored to help be a part of a patient’s journey.
Fun facts:
Kirby grew up a lacrosse playing, crab picking, Chesapeake Bay sailing, oyster shucking, born and raised Maryland girl. She moved to the Flathead Valley in 2017 and transitioned well into mountain life with a special heart for getting out on the rivers and waters of Northwest Montana and beyond. She will nerd out on anatomy and a good river chat any day.
